To track a prediction, write down what was said and the period before it arrives. When the period is over, compare it with what happened. At Vedik, the Diary keeps this record for you and holds each prediction until you say how it ended.
Memory edits. Six months later, "a job offer in the first half of the year" becomes "something good at work at some point." Writing it down at the time keeps the prediction the way it was made.
What a good note keeps
A prediction can only be checked if it is written down clearly. Keep four things:
- The question you asked
- What the method indicated, in the words of the answer
- The period, by month and year
- What will count as "it happened", decided beforehand
See the difference in practice:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Question | When will I get a new job? |
| Indication | Favorable period for starting a new job |
| Period | From March to June 2027 |
| Counts as happened | Formal offer, with role and salary |
| Does not count | Interview invitation or informal conversation |
| Outcome | Filled in when the period is over |
The example is illustrative. It is there to show how to set up the record.
How Vedik's Diary works
The Diary sits in your dashboard and tracks what VedikAI predicted for you. Each entry keeps the question, the prediction and the period.
Automatic and manual entries
When VedikAI answers that a subject has a favorable period in your chart, the chat itself records the prediction in the Diary, summarized in one sentence. You do not need to copy anything.
If you want to keep a specific answer, tap Track in Diary right below it. The prediction goes to the same place.
Organized by topic and by outcome
Predictions are grouped by the topic of the question. Within each topic, they appear separated by outcome:
- To track: the period is still underway or you have not answered yet
- It happened: what was predicted was confirmed
- Partly: part of what was predicted was confirmed
- It did not happen: the period went by without the event
When you answer, the entry stays in the Diary and moves to a different group. That way you see the whole history, with the hits and the misses side by side.
You answer, with the day if you know it
For each prediction, the Diary asks whether it happened. The options are Yes, Partly and No. You can leave a comment and, if it happened, enter the day and time.
That day matters. It is how Vedik checks the engine against what actually happened in the lives of the people who use it.
How to use "Partly" with judgment
"Partly" is useful when the event came incomplete. The prediction spoke of an offer and you reached the final stage of the process. Something moved, and the defined event has not arrived yet.
Use the comment to say what happened. "Two interviews, no offer" is more useful than a "Partly" on its own. When you come back to the Diary, you will remember the case exactly.
If the event you defined did not happen, mark It did not happen, even if something else good came along. Keeping the original criterion is what gives the record its value.
When what you did changed the result
A prediction can change your behavior. You read that the period was favorable and sent out more résumés. Or you read that it was time to wait and held off on a decision.
Write that down in the comment. It helps you understand the context of each outcome without changing what was predicted. The prediction shows what the method indicates. What you do with it is your choice, and the last word is always yours.
Why tracking is worth it
KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati) is a prediction method made to say when. It reads the periods of your chart, called dashas, and points to the stretch in which a subject gains strength. A method like this becomes more useful to you when you see, over time, how it behaves in your own chart.
The Diary turns scattered answers into a history. After a few months, you know in which topics the reading helped your decisions the most. And Vedik measures the engine against the outcomes people report.
A record that keeps only the hits tells half the story. That is why It did not happen has the same place as It happened.
How to start
- Get your reading and open the chat with VedikAI.
- Ask about the timing of a subject that matters to you right now.
- Check the prediction in the Diary and write down what will count as a hit.
- Come back when the period is over and answer.
